You must register for this event. Deadline to register is Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 5 p.m. We want to make this even available to as many PDX People as possible, so we’re offering six time slots, two hours of validated garage parking and we’re keeping the tour self-guided so you can swing through, even if you’re working on the day.

Please note: This event is only open to employees of the Port of Portland and of PDX tenants, businesses and contractors.

*Must attend the event to be eligible. Port of Portland employees are not eligible to win.

Event FAQ:

How long is the tour?

The tour should take approximately 15 – 30 minutes. The sneak peek is primarily self-guided, so you’ll be able to go as quickly or as leisurely as your schedule permits within the allotted timeframe.

What should I wear?

The sneak peek is on an active construction site. You must wear:

• Long sleeved shirt
• Long close-fitting pants without holes (no baggy pants, no shorts)
• Sturdy over-the-ankle boots (no sneakers, heels or dress shoes). Think hiking boots or similar.

The site is outside and it will be chilly. For your comfort, please wear appropriate gear for the season.

Where do I park?

If you’re not working, you can park in the garages. We’ll validate two hours of garage parking at the event.

When should I arrive and where are we meeting?

Please arrive promptly at the start of your selected time slot. This will ensure you have enough time to don your PPE and safely take the tour. We’ll meet in the ticket lobby, by the emergency exit door on the north side. Look for the signs and check in table.

Can I bring a guest?

This event is open to employees of the Port of Portland and of PDX tenants, businesses and contractors only. You’re welcome to come with your co-workers and fellow PDX people – just make sure each person registers individually.
