We’ve all had the experience of finding an item at the airport that’s been separated from its owner. But if you’re on the go, you might not have time to bring it to Lost and Found. Good news…you don’t have to!
That’s right, we’ve added the newest Lost & Found drop box on Concourse E between Gates E7 and E8 near the restrooms. This is in addition to five existing drop boxes located throughout the terminal – look for the others at the TSA supervisor desks at both the north and south security checkpoints, the service center near C20, the south information booth in baggage claim and outside the Badging/Lost & Found Office.
The process is easy. PDX employees and travelers can simply drop the item in the box and it will be picked up by ABM staff every day at the beginning of each shift. They’ll then bring the item to the Lost & Found office for processing.
Please contact the PDX Communications Center at 503.460.4747 when any of the essential items listed below are placed in the drop box. Envelopes are provided for small items.
